Our products are new and factory sealed. Products in stock ship with-in 24-48 hours. All products are purchased through factory authorized distributors or directly through manufacturers and carry full manufacturer's warranties.

15 Day Replacement Policy 
Our 15 day replacement policy offers replacement units should your Plasma TV, Video Projector, LCD TV, LCD Monitor or Printer have factory defects. Our 15 day replacement policy does not cover mishandled products. Coverage begins day of delivery. Customer is not responsible for return shipping costs under the 15 day replacement policy.

Deliveries 
All deliveries must be inspected immediately upon receipt. If product is damaged during transit, please refuse shipment. Please note damage on delivery paperwork and notify Coza with-in 24 hours. Failure to do so will result in claim denial. Delivery date will be dictated by shipping company records. Customer is not responsible for return shipping costs under the 24 hour damage replacement policy.

Returns 
The customer must request and receive an RA# for all returns. All non-defective products authorized for return will carry a 25% re-stock fee. Products returned with-out an RA# will be refused. All merchandise returned for credit must arrive with-out damage. Coza Inc. is not responsible for any return shipping charges or return shipping damage.
